On July 16, a 50-year-old woman was arrested and charged with theft in the 2600 block of Park Center Drive. The following were arrested July 17 and charged with possession of a controlled substance: A 24-year-old woman in the 5000 block of E. Los Angeles Avenue and a 37-year-old woman on the 2300 block of Kuehner Drive.
