The Actor's Repertory Theatre of Simi presents the romantic musical comedy about show business and the wild West, "Annie Get Your Gun," from tomorrow, Sat., July 22 through Sun., Aug. 27 at the Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center, 3050 Los Angeles Ave., Simi Valley.

Show times are Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Sundays at 2 p.m.

Irving Berlin wrote the music and lyrics and Herbert and Dorothy Fields wrote the book.

"Annie Get Your Gun," one of America's most beloved musicals, features one of Berlin's most memorable scores, with such songs as "There's No Business Like Show Business," "They Say That Falling in Love Is Wonderful," and "Anything You Can Do, I Can Do Better."

The Simi Arts Conservatory Ensemble will present its summer musical, "Peter Pan," in the multipurpose room of Royal High School in Simi Valley.

Showtimes are 7 p.m. Fri., Aug. 4; 1 and 7 p.m. Sat., Aug. 5; and 1 p.m. Sun., Aug. 6.

Tickets are $5 and will be sold at the door. Seating is first come, first served.

The performers are part of an advanced theatre troop in the Simi arts Conservatory.

The show was adapted for the stage and directed by Cheri West.

Vocal direction is by Evan Geiger and Megan Mathis is the choreographer.
