Habitat for Humanity will conduct a home-ownership workshop in Simi Valley from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday. Three detached homes will be built near Sequoia and Royal avenues and are targeted for very low-income families. The workshop is a mandatory step for an opportunity to own one of the homes.
