A new general manager took the reins of Simi Valley Town Center this summer, bringing with him a sense of optimism about the mall's future. Keith Geiger said he was excited to take on management duties for the 600,000-square-foot open-air shopping center, which is owned by Forest City Enterprises, and prepared for the challenges he knows he will face.
