Jimmy Weldon, world renowned ventriloquist and cartoon voice star, will deliver his presentation of "Why We Love America" at the 7 a.m. Aug. 3 breakfast meeting of the Rotary Club of Simi Sunrise.
Weldon has appeared in dozens of television shows and feature films and has provided cartoon voices for the "Yogi Bear Show," the "Huckleberry Hound Show," "The Flintstones," "Luck Luke" and more. Weldon always works with his sidekick, Webster, delivering fast-paced humorous dialogue that keeps the audience laughing while delivering their patriotic message.
